Overview
This project involved testing a new header design at Earnest during the peak season in response to user demands for increased rate transparency. The objective was to assess the impact of this new header on user engagement and application rates. Following successful testing with a 16% lift in applications submitted and a 5% lift in rates checked, the decision was made to adopt this design permanently across Earnest's platforms.
Objectives
- Enhanced Transparency: Develop a new header design to increase visibility and transparency regarding rates and application processes.
- Performance Testing: Implement the new header design as a test during the peak season to measure its impact on user behavior and engagement metrics.
- Conversion Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of the new header in boosting application submissions and rates checked.
- Permanent Adoption: Based on positive performance metrics, decide to permanently roll out the new header design across platforms.
